Frequently Asked Questions
Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q.Does the 7-hour rental time include your setup time?
A.Our standard rental period is 7 hours. We arrive early to set up so that you get your full 7 hours of play time starting exactly when the party begins.
Q.Can I unplug the unit or drain the water ourselves?
A.
No. Customers are not to touch the blower or attempt to drain water from the units unless explicitly instructed to do so by a Party Time Bouncers team member. If you are using a combo unit as a waterslide, it must remain fully inflated until our crew arrives for pickup. Deflating a unit while it is still holding water can cause permanent damage to the internal baffles and vinyl. Our professional team will handle the proper drainage and deflation process to ensure the equipment stays in top shape for the next party.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Our setup schedule is based on the day's total rental volume. Typically, we arrive 1–3 hours before your 7-hour rental window begins. On busier days, we may arrive as early as 4 hours in advance. In these instances, we will call you the Friday before your event to confirm that someone will be on-site to receive the delivery. Regardless of how early we set up, your full 7 hours of play time is guaranteed!
Q.Weather & Safety Policy
A.
Safety is our #1 priority. To ensure a safe environment for your guests and protect our equipment, the following rules apply to all rentals:
Rain Protocol: Inflatables cannot be operated in the rain. If it begins to rain after our team has completed the setup, the unit must be turned off and deflated immediately. * Wind Restrictions: We strictly monitor local conditions. Any sustained winds or gusts exceeding 20 MPH require the unit to be vacated and powered down.
No Refunds for Weather Interruptions: While we always hope for clear skies, please understand that we cannot offer refunds or discounts if inclement weather interrupts your event after the equipment has been delivered and set up.
Note: We want beautiful weather for your party just as much as you do! If severe weather is forecasted prior to your delivery window, we will reach out to discuss rescheduling or cancellation options.

Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.Absolutely not. At Party Time Bouncers LLC, cleanliness is a top priority. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after every single rental so it's fresh and ready for your event.
Q.What are the power requirements for setup?
A.To ensure a safe and steady setup, we require a dedicated 20-amp outlet within 100 feet of the unit. The blower must remain plugged in and running continuously to keep the unit inflated.
What we provide: We bring our own heavy-duty commercial extension cords to every job. We ask that you do not use standard household extension cords, as they can overheat or trip your circuit breakers.
No Power? If your event is at a park or a location without a nearby outlet, we have professional-grade generators available for rent!
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.We love setting up at parks! However, please keep in mind that most public parks do NOT provide electricity. If you're planning a park event, you will need to rent one of our professional-grade generators to power the blower. Also, remember that park spots are typically first-come, first-served, so be sure to secure your location early in the day!
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We accept Cash or Credit Cards. If you choose to pay with cash, please have the exact change ready at the time of delivery, as our drivers do not carry cash on hand.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a 25% deposit of the total order amount at the time of booking to reserve your date.
Cancellations 8+ days prior: You will receive a full refund of your deposit and the total order amount.
Cancellations 2–7 days prior: You will receive a refund of the total order amount, minus the 25% deposit.
Q.What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A.Each unit has specific space requirements listed in its description, so please check those carefully. Additionally, we require a minimum 4-foot wide clear path to the setup area. These units can weigh up to 650 pounds, so we need ample room and a flat, unobstructed route to move them safely into place with our heavy-duty dollies.
Q.Surface Requirements
A.
We can set up on Grass (preferred), Dirt, or Asphalt. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or any surface with sharp debris, as this can damage the vinyl. Please let us know at the time of booking what surface we will be setting up on so we bring the correct anchoring system (stakes or sandbags).
Q.Is tipping the drivers required?
A.
While tipping is never required, it is always greatly appreciated! Our drivers handle the heavy lifting, professional setup, and sanitation of these massive units to ensure your party is perfect. If you feel they did an outstanding job, a tip is a wonderful way to show your thanks.
